I am an adjunct teaching fellow and academic programme director with Trinity Business School.
I have previously worked as a Business Mentor on the Trinity International Growth Programme – sponsored by the British & Irish Chamber of Commerce and Bank of Ireland.
I also co-designed the Trinity College, Future Factory Innovation Programme with Dublin Airport and am currently the Programme Director. This is a fantastic initiative that supports people from across Dublin Airport to think and act creatively and drive projects that reduce opex for daa or drive revenue. Enterprise Ireland – Strategic Marketing Review
I am a member of Enterprise Ireland’s Strategic Marketing Review Panel. In this role, I work with Enterprise Ireland’s clients to identify and address persistent challenges and untapped opportunities that are impacting on the business’s rate of international sales growth. I have been selected to work with multiple clients each year since joining the panel in 2017. Product Management – Technology Ireland
IntegratedThinking was selected to provide a strategic programme for the Technology Ireland called Scala CEO. As part of the programme, I worked with CEOs and leadership teams of indigenous technology companies, including startups, SMEs and larger enterprises. I helped them to discover the key strategic benefits of applying a Product Management discipline across their organisation. The programme delivered a two day workshop for CEOs in technology companies and two separate “in-house” mentoring sessions with each company. As a result of this hands-on support, companies felt empowered to apply tools and methodologies and adopt a strategic rather than tactical approach to product investment decisions. I was Programme Director for Technology Ireland’s Women ReBOOT programme. This programme was specifically designed to build a bridge between highly skilled women and technology employers who are actively trying to address a skills gap in the sector. The programme offered upskilling, coaching, mentoring, networking opportunities and work placements to the female participants seeking to return to the sector.
